Whenever I made a pasta dish, I always make double or even triple the amount of the meat sauce. It's a great time-saver and I can just pop portions in the freezer for later. One of my favorite ways to use the sauce is inside stuffed pasta dishes like Jumbo Shells or tonight's Manicotti. All I have to do is reheat the sauce in the microwave and mix it with Ricotta and whatever shredded white cheese I have in the fridge like Mozzarella or Monterey Jack. It's super simple and really delicious! Sunday nights were meant for easy comfort food!
