What do you do when you have left-over Marinara Sauce, Ricotta cheese AND some ground beef in the fridge? You make Lasagna with a Twist! Seriously, this tasted just like good old lasagna but of course much quicker especially since I skipped the layering part and just tossed everything together before baking it in the oven. (Hey, they all end up in the same place right?) What a comforting and easy meal!
