A Perfect Combo of Chocolate and Espresso in Mini Muffin Form!

There's something just so perfect about the combination of Chocolate and Espresso so I KNEW I had to make these Cappuccino Mini Chip Muffins! Instead of Espresso Powder, I used a packet of Nescafe Vanilla Coffee since that was all I had around. These muffins turned out SO incredibly chocolatey and yummy! What a great way to start a Friday morning!
