Yummy Creamy Pork and Apple

I came across this recipe for Braised Pork with Apple Cream Sauce and couldn't WANT to make it! I didn't have whole star anise so I used ground and also added some cinnamon and raisins for extra flavor. My hubby LOVED it and I can't complain myself! I mean, how can you go wrong with pork and apple AND cream right?
