Monday Night Football-Themed Mac and Cheese
Why do I call this MNF-themed Mac and Cheese? Cuz it's inspired by Frank's RedHot Buffalo Chicken Dip! That's right, this is comfort food Tailgate-style! It's basically just the dip recipe, which was the perfect cheese-sauce consistency when you add a touch more dressing. INCREDIBLY flavorful and PERFECT for football-watching!
