Another Yummy Panini

Whenever those beautiful tomatoes on the vine go on sale, I feel the need to make Panini. This one featured oven-roasted turkey and Provolone cheese on Sourdough (I like the round loaves from Trader Joe's). I also spread a thin layer of honey mustard and mayo and the flavors were amazing! You really can't beat a yummy dinner that took less than 10 minutes to make!
