Using More Dill in a VERY Gourmet Way

Dill and salmon may be a great combination but dill and SMOKED salmon on Eggs Benedict is even better! I used this Hollandaise Sauce recipe using a blender and added about 1 tsp of fresh dill. It was SO good and way better than any brunch you could get at a restaurant! (Well, maybe not WAY better but definitely WAY cheaper!) What a yummy way to start the weekend huh?
