I've been saving Guy Fieri's Kimchi and Pork Stir-Fry for a while now and finally made it tonight. In fact, I went out and bought Kimchi just for this recipe but it's been sitting in the fridge all this time. (Thank goodness fermented cabbage doesn't really go bad!) Spicy and sweet with a nice crunch, we loved every bite of it! I'm definitely glad I gave this non-traditional recipe a try! Thanks Guy!
