I cracked up when I saw this recipe for cuz I definitely get an image of a giant sausage in a bun when I think of Schnitzel thanks to LOTS of trips to Wienerschnitzel as a kid. This, however, was MUCH different and MUCH better too! A thin tender pork cutlet dredged in Panko and browned to perfection with a creamy dill sauce drizzled on top! Of course, I had to add my special touch of a fried egg on top cuz, well, everything's better with a fried egg on top!
