Sloppy Joe + Manicott = A Match Made in Yummy Heaven!

I ran across Rachael Ray's Sloppy Joe Manicotti and couldn't wait to give it a try. I mean, we LOVE Sloppy Joe's and we LOVE any type of stuffed pasta so I was sure we'd LOVE this recipe and we sure did! Comforting and very flavorful, this was definitely a winner! I loved Rachael's idea of piping the stuffing into the shells cuz usually I just use a spoon and end up with a mess. Thanks again Rachael Ray!
