White Chocolate and Lime? Who Knew?

I didn't think white chocolate and lime would go so well together but these cookies proved me wrong. I knew they were winners when my hubby with no sweet tooth ate 4 last night! There's something about the bright citrus that paired just perfectly with the creamy white chips. Good thing this recipe made 5 dozen cookies cuz they were gone in no time at the office!
