Mini Anything is Just WAY Better!

I have an obsession with all things "mini" so I knew I wanted to make these Banana Chocolate-Chip Mini Muffins. They even call for Mini Chocolate Chips, which I just recently discovered! They taste like little bites of banana bread with a super chocolatey kick and they disappeared REALLY quickly at the office!
