Loving the Costco Ravioli!

I usually don't buy perishable items at Costco since there are only 2 of us and we just can't finish gallons of food within a week or 2. BUT last month, there was a coupon for Pasta Prima Ravioli and I just couldn't resist! They come in twin packages and the expiration date wasn't until August so they weren't too much for us to handle. The only flavor Costco had was Grilled Chicken and Mozzarella, which sounded just perfect! I cooked up 1 of the packages tonight and made a simple sauce with Marinara, mushrooms and grilled chicken strips. The Ravioli were huge and filled with chicken, herbs and cheese and were REALLY REALLY good! I'm SO glad I have another package waiting for me in the fridge!
