EVERYTHING'S Better with a Fried Egg on Top!
After discovering how yummy Chicken-Fried Steak is and how easy it is to make, I decided to make them again but this time, with a FRIED EGG on top! Yes, EVERYTHING'S better with a FRIED EGG on top! Greg LOVED it! I served the steaks over some Cheesy Grits and it was a fine Southern Meal at home!

My husband could not agree more. He loves a runny egg on top of just about anything and everything.
