I watched Paula Deen make Saucy Catfish over the weekend and couldn't wait to try it! How can you go wrong with butter, ketchup and mayo? I think I overdid it on the sauce and ended up with extra, which I stirred into the cheesy grits on the side. SO yummy!

You can always freeze extra sauce, too. I do that. That way, I can have it handy to use another time for something equally yummy.
