Just Call Me Lil Asian Martha!

Ok maybe I'm not quite as domestic as Martha Stewart but her Pork Chops with Red Wine Sauce tonight was definitely a winner! The sauce was amazing and there's nothing better than dried fruit with pork in my book! I used a combination of apricots and prunes and simmered the pork in the sauce for a few minutes just for the flavors to really come through. YUMMY!
