I've been saving this Lamb Chops with Middle-Eastern Tomato Sauce recipe for a while now and finally made it tonight. Boy, am I glad I did! I omitted the walnuts since my hubby's not a fan of nuts (I know, he's crazy!) and used Fire-Roasted Tomatoes cuz I didn't have any Roasted Peppers. The sauce was amazing! The cumin and cayenne paired so nicely with the pomegranate and lemon juice. This dish was also really quick since lamb loin chops don't take very long to get seared to a perfect medium rare. I served them over some rice and it was an amazing Middle-Eastern feast on a weeknight!
