My 3rd Crazy Cooking Challenge!

Photobucket
This is my 3rd Crazy Cooking Challenge and this month we made Chicken Noodle Soup. I LOVE soup this time of the year but my hubby is REALLY not a fan. Since I still wanted to take part in this challenge, I searched around and found this Chicken Noodle Soup Casserole. The best part were the crushed Ritz Crackers on top which made such a yummy buttery topping! Such a perfect comfort meal on a cold night!

My husband isn't such a soup fan either, but I don't give him a choice, lol! I love the addition of the ritz crackers, yum!

This is a great recipe. I love the addition of the ritz crackers, and the skinny noodles would be my favorite!

What a great way to serve the ingredients and flavors without the soup. The casserole sounds wonderful.
