Another Easy and Yummy Dinner Thanks to Buitoni!

Buitoni Pasta is seriously my best friend when I want something quick and easy. Tonight is my baking night, so I picked up a package of their Chicken and Proscuitto Tortelloni for dinner. I made a sauce out of sautéed mushrooms and jarred Marinara sauce, then topped everything with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. The meal came together literally in minutes and I only had to dirty one small pot!
