Panini for a Lazy Saturday Afternoon

Life gets so hectic sometimes with work and errands so I often really enjoy a lazy afternoon where we literally do nothing but hang out and watch TV. This Saturday was one of those afternoons. Of course, we still gotta eat so I made a quick lunch of Panini. I stuffed the sourdough bread with roast beef, sun-dried tomatoes, Muenster cheese and caramelized onions and mushrooms. Oh and for extra flavor, I slathered some Marie's Honey Mustard Dressing on them. Easy, quick and SO yummy!
